Suniso oil seri GS merupakan minyak pelumas (mineral oil) untuk oli kompresor AC dengan kualitas premium, dirancang untuk digunakan sebagai oli kompresor pendingin.
- Oli SUNISO seri GS mampu bekerja dengan baik pada sistem yang menggunakan pendingin HCFC dan CFC, seperti R22, R502 dan R12 ,menunjukkan stabilitas yang sangat baik dan bekerja tanpa masalah di sistem pendingin menggunakan yang menggunkan refrigerant di atas. Selain itu, SUNISO GS juga berfungsi sangat baik pada pendingin alami seperti R717 amonia, R600a isobutane dan R290 propane.
- Oli SUNISO seri GS diproses dari minyak mentah nafta ,diproses dengan menggunakan metode khusus , sehingga menjamin pelumasan yang sangat baik.
- Oli SUNISO seri GS juga telah diterima disetujui oleh semua produsen AC, kulkas, freezer, ternama di dunia.
Chemical Stability
Untuk menolak reaksi kimia dengan pendingin atau bahan lain biasanya hadir dalam sistem.
Thermal Stability
Untuk menghilangkan deposit karbon yang berlebihan pada hot spot kompresor seperti katup atau port debit.
Low Wax Content
Untuk mencegah pemisahan lilin flokulan dari campuran minyak-refrigeran pada titik-titik suhu rendah dalam sistem.
Low Pour Point
Untuk mencegah minyak terpisah dari mengental di garis refrigerant.
High Dielectric Strength
Untuk memastikan sifat isolasi yang baik. Dalam unit kedap udara, campuran minyak-refrigeran berfungsi sebagai isolator antara motor dan tubuh kompresor.
Proper Viscosity
Bahkan ketika diencerkan dengan pendingin sehingga untuk memastikan kekuatan film tinggi pada suhu operasi yang tinggi dan sekaligus memberikan fluiditas yang baik di bawah kondisi operasi yang paling dingin.
